I am passionate about what I do and how I do things. I always want to achieve goals and I am always forward driven. "stagnation means regression" - one of the things I usally say.

With my best friend that time we organized relentless and restless the school events and especially all the technical equipment for it.

After we left school we started both an apprenticeship (me in logistics & him in the technical sector) but took this passion and enthusiasm for events, sound, light etc. in our personal lifes. Voluntary we  organized for several private Events all the technical equipment and operated it, of course.

In the year 2000 we decided to found together our own company "Flash & Thunder - Light & Sound".

Within roughly 4 years of partnership we organized a lot of events together and gained valuable experiences in managing a company and of course within the show and event sector.

End of 2003 then I went back to the world of event-logistics but had been still onboard for choosen projects throughout the whole time.

Since 2004 I was working in several leadership positions with named forwarding agents, mainly in the Event and Exhibitions sector. I gained plenty of experience and handled with my teams around the globe sophisticated projects for in average 150 customers per year.

This involved a lot of travels, onsite coordination and operation which resulted in a vast  intercultural experience as well as deep knowledge of economic processes and general management.

Since I started my professional career within the field of fairs & event logistics I had been involved in several major Sport Events worldwide. This included logistics coordination from the desk for e.g. Olympic Games as well as being onsite responsible for the Venue logistics at FIFA or UEFA Events. And of course plenty of experience around those events with involved suppliers like Broadcasters, Brand suppliers and onsite working crews.
